Mr. Bramlett (Bill) founded Bramlett Associates in 1987. His earlier Architectural practice involved about 10 years of working from within larger firms, yet Bill attributes his most successful work to his own smaller firm's less bureaucratic and more flexible service mindset. Everyone knows Bill as one of the most hard working conscientious individuals in design and construction. He possesses an uncanny ability to shepherd most any project assignment to a proper completion. Unlike many Design Executives, he still rolls up his sleeves and puts in the extra hours to try and assure that everyone fulfils their "Best Fit" participation in a project team; from start to finish. See left margin's "Firm Work" tab for the depth of expertise that Bill's firm brings to its projects.
On a more personal level, Bill grew up in a construction family. That 10 or so years of "Hands On" construction helped to pay his way thru college. His "Up Thru the Ranks" nurtured a kind of sixth sense about how to best maneuver the mazes that tend to bog down a project. It taught him to balance the urgency of a thousand details with the sense of fairness, comradery and humility that enables all team members to better connect with their work. Most all who work with Bill quickly learn to appreciate his passion for successful projects. That type of confidence helps to keep everyone energized and pulling toward such a project success. Marry such traits to Bill's top 10% GPA Master of Architecture degree; his decades long NCARB record as one of this nation's top Architects; his extra certifications in Real Estate, Construction, Project Mgmt, et. al.; and one can quickly see how Bill has an unparalleled resume' - a wellspring of proven project planning, design, administration and management capabilities.
